The Islamic Centre provides a range of services with programs that will draw children to engage themselves with the Centre's environment from an early period of their life.
The Islamic Centre is also a community centre where we offer our salah, meet and greet and are in touch with brothers and sisters. A place to interact and welcome. The Masjid-Islamic Centre is the focal point of a believer’s life. And those who help by giving time or financial donations are the ones whose reward is manifold.
Those who spend their wealth in the cause of Allah and do not follow not up their gifts with reminders of their generosity or with injury― for them their reward is with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve. (Al-Qur’an 2:262)

Entering the glorious month of Rajab
By the bounty of Allah we are now welcoming the exalted month of Rajab. Upon the arrival of this month the The Beloved Prophet (ﷺ) peace and blessings be upon him would supplicate saying "Oh Allah, bless us in Rajab and Sha’ban; and convey us to Ramadan" (Shaykh Hisham Kabani). May Allah grant us tawfeeq to attain His blessings in this month so we may arrive at Ramadhan in the best of states. Ameen.
The Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: “Rajab is the month of Allah, Sha`bān is my month, and Ramadan is the month of my Umma.”(Narrated by al-Suyuti). Rajab is the month in which we turn back to Allah (Almighty and Majestic) with remorseful hearts whilst giving the opportunity for our good deeds to serve as our repentance. Particularly, we are taught to seek the forgiveness and favours of Allah (Almighty and Majestic) on the first night of Rajab, as the Beloved Prophet (ﷺ) peace and blessings be upon him said: “There are five nights on which du`āa’ is not rejected - the first night of Rajab, the fifteenth night of Sha`bān, Thursday night, the night before `Eid al-Fitr and the night before `Eid al-Nahr (al-Adha).” (Narrated by Imam Suyuti). Sayyiduna Ali would also increase his amount of worship on this blessed night.
The month of Rajab is the key to the months of goodness that follow it (Sha'ban and Ramadhan). Imam Abu Bakr al-Warraq has stated: “in the month of Rajab you sow the seeds, in Sha`ban you irrigate them and in Ramadan you reap the harvest.” Therefore the month of Rajab gives us the opportunity to prepare our hearts and souls for the coming months, by seeking the mercy of Allah (Almighty and Majestic) and His pardon for any wrongdoing, with the assurance that our prayer is answered.
